These shots are from The Bone, a very old, legendary blues club in the Deep Ellum district of Dallas. Here Hal is performing with Ritchie Rich and his band.

Here is Hal at the famous R & B Club on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. Hal was hired as lead guitarist for two special shows with Big Raymond & Mother Blues.

LEFT and CENTER: For more than 40 years, Johnny Kan has been the driving force in Dining, entertainment, and political leadership in San Francisco's renowned China Town. His magnificent restaurant, KAN'S, has been a favorite for many years. Since the 1950s, many celebrities have dined there and some were selected to have their photos displayed on KAN'S "WALL OF FAME". It was my great fortune to meet Johnny Kan in 1980, at the gates of China Town and he befriended me, inviting me to his restaurant for dinner. I have spent many enjoyable evenings since then dining at KAN'S. The food, service and atmosphere are magnificent. This summer, on a recent performing tour of California, I stopped in to have dinner and was inducted onto KAN'S "Wall of Fame". My photo now hangs with the Rolling Stones, Lucille Ball, Clint Eastwood, Neil Diamond, Arnold Schwartzenegger and many others.
